On the Run II was one of the most ambitious live productions ever staged, and I had the privilege of serving as Tour Director throughout its global stadium run. Every few shows, we captured the performance as though it were a feature film, creating a constantly evolving cinematic record of one of the biggest tours in the world. The creative challenge was immense. Every camera move had to honor the precision of the choreography while remaining sensitive to the quieter moments between Beyoncé and Jay Z. From the scale of the production to the smallest details of performance and staging, every decision was made to preserve the emotional experience of seeing the show live. It remains one of the most demanding and creatively rewarding projects of my career.
